By accessing or using Ruya Tech's website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

You may use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Client Projects and Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables created during client engagements will be governed by the specific terms outlined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Clients receive full ownership of deliverables upon full payment.
• Ruya Tech retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary materials used in project development.
• Ruya Tech may retain a non-exclusive, perpetual license to showcase certain deliverables for portfolio, marketing, or demonstration purposes unless explicitly prohibited by agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ruya Tech, its affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Services.

This limitation applies even if Ruya Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ruya Tech, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

7. Governing Law
